� All orders are completed same day when possible. However, please be aware that orders which are 4 or more pages will now automatically be placed in priority sequence to ship the following day. Your representative should ensure you are aware of this on all large orders.

� Customers can choose to split the order to a 1 pager to get priority products out the same day, the remainder to follow the next day. Or choose to keep the whole order together to ship the next day.

� A 5% shipping discount will be applied when orders are split.

� Please contact your rep should you have any questions.
