As part of our long-range plan launching in 2025, we are committed to delivering incremental value to our retail partners through strategic initiatives and targeted investments.

As part of this strategy, we have reviewed our pricing structure to better reflect our market position and ensure competitiveness now and into the future. Effective with product shipping July 1, 2025, we will be re-positioning some of our prices to align our strategic position for Funko, our retail partners, and fans. These efforts will accelerate our ability to enable collaborative growth.
