Patrick Stewart, Elijah Wood, William Shatner to attend Fan Expo 2014

<br><img src="http://www.fanexpovancouver.com/2012/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/2014fanexpo300x250.gif" align="right"> <br><br>Other celebrity guests announced Tuesday include Richard Dreyfuss, Stan Lee, Adam West and Hulk Hogan. Fan Expo takes place Aug. 28 to 31. <br><br>Where can you find Frodo Baggins, Captain Kirk, Professor X and Batman under the same roof? Fan Expo, of course. <br><br>The pop culture extravaganza will return to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from August 28 to 31 with celebrity guests including Elijah Wood, William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Adam West, Hulk Hogan and Nathan Fillion. <br><br>The all-ages event promises to elicit �mind-blowing nerdgasms� throughout the four-day run. There will be the usual throwbacks, including appearances by Twin Peaks cult stars Ray Wise, Sheryl Lee and Sherilynn Fenn and a chat with Robert Englund, who played Freddy Krueger in ANightmare on Elm Street. Shark hunter Richard Dreyfuss (Jaws) will be there too, as will legendary comic book writer Stan Lee, who penned Spider-Man, X-Men and Fantastic Four. <br><br>The massive event costs $25 to $50 per day and invites fans to don their finest costumes and participate in a variety of sketch duels, special effects workshops and question-and-answer periods with the stars. <br><br>As a new twist this year, Fan Expo says it is showcasing �subculture royalty,� such as Stephen Amell (The Arrow), Ian Somerhalder (Lost) and cosplay superstar Yaya Han. Jon Heder and Efren Ramirez of Napoleon Dynamite will be there, too. <br><br>The entire cast list was released Tuesday and can be seen at <a href="www.fanexpocanada.com">fanexpocanada.com</a>.
